TORIMAI GUIDE

Using your purchases

Enjoy your purchased works for personal reading, listening and viewing. Original illustrations may also be used as wallpaper on your own devices and as icons or headers on your own social media accounts.

This guide applies to purchased e-books, illustrations, audio and other files sold by the Torimai official shop with these conditions displayed. For purchases through other services, check the conditions shown there at the time of purchase.

Personal enjoyment

Social media icon and header use is limited to decorating your profile. It does not permit posting original illustrations as regular image posts or distributing downloadable copies. Do not present yourself in a way that implies you are an official account or representative.

Unauthorized reposting and redistribution

You may not share or redistribute purchased files or download links to third parties, or make them publicly available online. Do not repost the text, original illustrations or audio without permission. The social media icon and header use permitted above is exempt from this restriction.

Uses requiring permission in advance

Before any of the following uses, contact support@torima.ai:

Tell us which work and materials you wish to use, the purpose, and how you intend to publish, distribute or sell the result. Wait until we have granted permission before proceeding. Not every request will be approved. Uses requiring a performer's or another rights holder's consent may not be ours alone to authorize.

Public prompts have separate guidance

You may continue adapting the basic prompts publicly shared on the CHARACTER page. Credit and mentions are not required, and using #TORIMAISTORY is optional.

The advance-permission requirement for purchased files does not apply uniformly to ordinary use of public prompts or works you generate or create yourself using them. Separately check the terms of your generation service and model, and any third-party rights.

Rights

A purchase does not transfer copyrights or other rights held by us or the legitimate rights holders. This guide does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
