1. About these terms
These terms set out the conditions for using and purchasing from the Torimai official website and shop operated by Midori Promotion Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). Product-specific contents and sales conditions appear on each product page and in our seller and purchase information.
Before purchasing, review these terms, the product page, the returns and refunds policy, and your order. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Where consent is required for handling personal information, it will be addressed separately from acceptance of these terms in accordance with applicable law.
2. Products and system requirements
The official shop sells one-time-purchase digital downloads, including e-books, illustrations and audio. No printed books, CDs or other physical items are shipped.
Each product page lists contents, file formats, sizes and included languages. Before purchasing, check that you have suitable viewing or playback software, the ability to extract ZIP files, an adequate internet connection and sufficient storage.
3. Orders and payment
Confirm the product, price, taxes, billing currency and quantity before placing an order. A sales contract is formed when we notify you that we accept your order, for example by an order confirmation email.
You may use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices for Japan include consumption tax. The total is displayed before you confirm the order. You are responsible for data and internet connection charges, and currency conversion or similar fees set by your payment provider.
Minors must obtain a legal guardian's consent before purchasing. Any age restrictions are shown on the relevant product page.
If we cannot accept an order due to fraud, a significant display error or another such reason, we will explain why. If we have received payment but cannot provide a product for reasons attributable to us, we will refund that product.
4. Receiving your purchase
After confirming payment, we send download links to the email address used for your purchase. For specific delivery timing, see the product page and seller and purchase information.
If you cannot receive a purchase because of an incorrect email address, spam filtering, a download problem or a similar issue, contact us with your order number.
For products with multiple files, download each file provided. We recommend saving and backing up downloaded files on your own devices. We do not guarantee that the same delivery system will be maintained indefinitely, but this guidance does not release us from our obligations to deliver purchased products or address defects.
5. Returns, cancellations and defects
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations after purchase for personal reasons.
For corrupt files, missing content or download problems, we will provide working files or other assistance. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will refund the affected product. Accidental duplicate purchases are reviewed and handled individually.

6. Using works and public prompts
Purchased files may be used for personal reading, viewing, listening and backup. Purchased original illustrations may also be used as wallpaper on your own devices and as social media icons or headers.
You may not repost or redistribute purchased files, text, original illustrations or audio without permission, or share download links with third parties. The permitted social media icon and header use is an exception.
Merchandising, commercial use, AI training or further training, and voice cloning using purchased files require our permission in advance. See using your purchases.
Public basic prompts may be used in accordance with the CHARACTER page guidance. Restrictions on purchased files do not apply uniformly to public prompts or works you generate or create yourself using them.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyrights or other rights held by us or the legitimate rights holders.
7. Accounts and prohibited conduct
Provide accurate information when purchasing or contacting us, including an email address that can receive messages. When using an account, do not share verification codes or login methods with third parties.
Unauthorized access, orders impersonating others, fraudulent payments, interference with the service, infringement of third-party rights and violations of purchased-file usage conditions are prohibited. If a problem is identified, we may take necessary action appropriate to the circumstances, such as suspending the affected use. This does not limit purchasers' rights or our obligations under applicable law.
8. External services and personal information
We use Vercel to deliver the official website, and Shopify and related functionality for shop orders, payments, customer accounts and digital product delivery.
Information from browsing and purchasing on Shopify's platform may be processed by Shopify and providers outside Japan. Through Shopify Network Intelligence, information from this shop may also be combined with information from other shops and Shopify for service improvement, personalization, advertising and other purposes. Transactions and service use on note, BOOTH, Patreon and social media are subject to those services' terms. This does not release us from our obligations as seller or waive your statutory rights.
9. Service changes and liability
We may temporarily suspend or change the site or delivery functionality for maintenance, incident response or other necessary reasons. Where possible, we will give advance notice of scheduled interruptions or changes significantly affecting access to purchased products.
If a product cannot be provided or has a defect attributable to us, we will respond under these terms and the returns and refunds policy. These terms do not exclude liability for our intentional misconduct, gross negligence or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms and governing law
Changes and their effective date will be announced on this site. We will not change the conditions of purchased products to your disadvantage without procedures required by law.
These terms are governed by Japanese law. This does not restrict mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your place of residence or elsewhere that cannot be excluded by agreement.
