Returns and cancellations for personal reasons
Our shop sells digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations after purchase for personal reasons. Please check the contents, file formats and system requirements before buying.
Problems with files
If a file is corrupt, content listed in the description is missing, or you cannot download it, contact support@torima.ai with your order number and a description of the problem.
We will investigate and provide working files or instructions for obtaining them. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund the affected product.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally buy the same item more than once, please contact us with the relevant order numbers. We will review the orders and respond individually.

This policy does not restrict any rights you have under applicable law.
