5. Shopify's handling of information
Orders, payments and customer accounts are provided through Shopify. Information associated with use and purchases is sent to and processed by Shopify and related providers.
Our shop uses Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify may combine information from this shop with information from other shops and Shopify to improve services, personalize experiences, provide advertising and for other purposes. Some of this processing is carried out under Shopify's own responsibility.
See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy. Requests and choices concerning Shopify's own processing are also explained in the Shopify Privacy Portal. You may contact us using the details above.
6. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by websites in your browser. Some maintain logins and checkouts; others analyze usage or support advertising.
We load Google Analytics 4 on the official website only if you allow analytics in “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. With permission, identifiers such as cookies, browsing and interaction data, and device information are sent to Google for analysis. We operate the site so that names and email addresses are not sent as analytics values.
See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
You can change your analytics choice at any time through “Cookie settings.” The choice is saved in this browser for 180 days. The site remains usable if you decline. Advertising storage, advertising data use and ad personalization are not enabled in the official website's Google Analytics.
Shopify checkout and customer accounts use a different domain, so your choice here is not automatically carried over. Make a separate choice through the cookie banner or settings at the destination. See section 5 for Shopify's processing.
You may restrict or delete cookies in your browser, though this may affect functions such as login and purchasing. Supported browsers can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. Processing outside Japan
These services may store or process information outside Japan. The Shopify admin identifies the United States as this store's data storage location. This does not mean all processing by related services takes place only in the United States.
For processing abroad, we provide information, obtain consent and take other necessary steps under applicable law. Contact us with questions about specific processing or safeguards.
8. Security and retention
We limit access to information to what is needed for work, and take measures to protect authentication and communications. We consider our providers' security and handling terms. If a breach or similar incident occurs, we carry out investigations, reports and notifications required by law.
Information is retained as needed for its purposes, order and inquiry handling, statutory retention, dispute resolution and similar needs. Once no longer needed, it is appropriately deleted or otherwise handled. Legally required order records may be retained as necessary after an account deletion request.
Contact us for more detail on safeguards and retention. We will explain in accordance with law, excluding details that could compromise security.
9. Access, correction, deletion and other rights
To request notification of purposes, access, correction, suspension of use, deletion, stopping third-party disclosure, disclosure of third-party transfer records or similar action concerning personal information we hold, contact support@torima.ai.
We will verify as necessary that the request is from you or an authorized representative and respond under applicable law. You do not need to attach identification or card details to your first inquiry. If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will explain why.
Depending on your location, rights may include receiving or transferring a copy of information, objecting to certain processing, withdrawing consent or complaining to a supervisory authority. We do not treat you disadvantageously for exercising statutory rights.
You may unsubscribe from optional updates using the instructions in the email or by contacting us. Necessary communications about orders, delivery and refunds will continue.

The privacy policies of note, BOOTH, Patreon, X, Instagram and other linked services apply at those destinations. Please also review their information when using them.
11. Changes to this policy
We review this policy when our processing or services change. Changes and effective dates will be posted here, and individual notice or consent will be provided where required by law.
